The Junkluggers of Greater San Jose Case Studies: HOA Cleanup

Challenge

We were tasked with cleaning up the grounds of an HOA in San Jose, CA. They were dealing with dumping of items from both the residents of the HOA as well as strangers.

Solution

We were able to make multiple stops throughout the property and clean up the dumped items. This job was spread out on about 7 different properties that were all under the same HOA Management. We were able to use Security reports to know what addressed had items to be removed.
