Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We are fully liscenced and we have insurance covering damages to both persons and property. We can provide a COI if needed.

Where does my junk go?

Junkluggers goal is to be 100% landfill free by 2025. When we take away your junk our team sorts it and takes as much as possible to our donation partners. What they are not able to take we then take to  recycle centers, only after they refuse items do we take your junk to a transfer station that is then sorted again, and properly disposed of.

Can you remove large and bulky items?

Absolutely!  But if more than 2 people are needed to lift and remove it, please let us know in advance so we can make special arrangement. 

Do we remove paint?

We can remove paint in  5 gallon or smaller sealed containers. There is a paint recycling surcharge that we have to charge.  As well as limits to how much we are able to transport at 1 time. 

What items do you take?

We can take anything that is non hazardous and non toxic. As long as 2 strong people can lift it and haul it away, we can make it happen. Heavier than 2 people can lift? Let us know in advance so we can bring a bigger team and make it happen!

When should I expect you to arrive?

We always give a 2 hour arrival window. And we will call you 15 to 20 minutes before we arrive, so you are never surprised!

Should I tip the junk removal team?

Tips are by no means expected or obligatory when using our service. However, we know our teams greatly appreciate them! And get them in full! If you feel like they did a great job, feel free to tip as you see fit. Tips can be added to total balance if not paying with cash.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check,  and major credit cards, as well as Zelle  for electronic payments. Payment is only processed once the job is complete.
