I was impressed with the professionalism of this company from the get-go-- from their web presence to making an appointment on the telephone with a knowledgeable consultant. Eric and his associate were prompt, friendly, and considerate. They took appropriate Covid precautions, and were efficient in sending me an invoice by email. He gave me a fair and competitive price to haul away my large and heavy 3-piece sectional sofa. I'm happy with the fact that they try to find a home for it, or at least recycle parts of it before dumping as a last resort. This is a great company, and I highly recommend their services.
