When I called to make my appointment the woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and professional and everything was easy to set up and completed quickly. On the day of my appointment Roberto called me ahead of time to let me know theyd be arriving in 20 minutes. He and his helper, I didnt get his name, were also very friendly and professional and took my couch and loaded it up in the truck and were done in less than 15 minutes. From start to finish everyone I talked to and dealt with made everything so easy to have my couch taken away. It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Junkluggers of Greater San Jose to everyone!
