Excellent Service. I can't say that enough. The crew was very polite and professional. I was walked through the process and the pricing was explained to me with clear detail. I was quoted a price and given a duration of how long it would take to remove the identified items and load them on the truck. The estimated time and quoted price was exactly as stated. I had quite a few woodworking power tools and an electric smoker that were still functional but I was moving to a location where I did not have space to keep and use them. I love the fact that JunkLuggers donates items like this. I definitely recommend this company and this service for spring cleaning or a big move when you find those items that still work but you haven't used in a while. As promised I received a receipt for the donated items the next day.

AJ and his team were very efficient, professional, and courteous when picking up my items. They arrived on time and picked up my items very quickly. I am so glad the items I had used and loved will go to someone in need, rather than to the landfill. Junkluggers is the perfect way to get rid of items you don't want anymore while helping people and the earth at the same time.

Eric and his associate were prompt, friendly, and considerate. They took appropriate Covid precautions and were efficient in sending me an invoice by email. He gave me a fair and competitive price to haul away my large and heavy 3-piece sectional sofa. I’m happy with the fact that they try to find a home for it, or at least recycle parts of it before dumping as a last resort. This is a great company, and I highly recommend their services.

The guys were careful with my things and took care to prevent any damage to my home. They were moving a large, unwieldy sofa bed through a narrow doorway, it was not easy. They tried two or three different ways and finally took the legs off and manually carried it from the back of the house to the front. Then they came back in to check that the rest of the room was intact and in order. They were just great.
